We require a $1,000 deposit to secure your date. From there, payments are divided into 25%- due at 9, 6, 3, and 2 months out from your wedding.
How are payments structured?
We have luxury restroom trailers that are provided and maintained at no cost to the couple! We do plan on building restrooms in the future.
Do you have restrooms on site?
We recommend reaching out and booking between 9-18 months in advance, but of course we welcome any timeline! We feel that 12 months is usually the sweet spot for weddings and larger events.
How far out should we book?
Although Villa Vienna has 10 beautiful acres of property- we feel that 200 guests max will be the right fit. Please let us know how many you are expecting!
